ELECTRICAL GENERATOR DRIVEN BY GRAVITY FORCES COMBINED WITH HYDROLICS TO FORM A CONTINIOUS MOTON

01 / ABOUT US

About nineteen years ago I built my first working prototype. After completion of the prototype, the project was halted by Eskom (the South African national power supplier), and I was informed that I have to wait for five years. During this time, I was Project Manager for the Department of Labour and I was building and upgrading police stations as well as their services.

The reason Eskom gave me, (for halting my prototype) was that the power station unit would take funds away from Eskom which was owned by the government. In my opinion the power in those years was adequate and affordable. In contrast with today, the electricity tariffs are by far too expensive and the grid critically overloaded. Although I understood Eskom’s argument, at this point I think they would be inclined to accept a system that will help South Africa and the world to a more affordable extra power supply.

With capacitor banks (Q factor), the industrial user is currently saving up to 23% of Eskom power usage. With my system a guaranteed saving of 75% of the electricity supply. So to clarify, my system will only use 25% of the normal daily power supply from Eskom. It also gives my system a unique quality, in that it can be built for domestic user’s singe phase, as well commercial and industrial three phase.

02 / PRODUCT PURCHASE

When buying or assembling a system, it can be paid off in time period of 5 years, according to the individuals Eskom Kilowatt per hour usage. Depending on the kilowatt per hour used by the individual consumer in this time period.

Some governments have subsidies in place for saving electricity.

By purchasing the booklet, the working method of the power station is explained. There is also an 8 week display course offered on how to build this unit. Each course can be purchased in 8 individual steps. A bill of quantity can also be purchased and materials delivered to your door-step.

I have done a lot of research over the years regarding new ideas and patents on power generating as well as self-generating power stations. In as much, I was amazed as to how many aspects were missed or ignored with regards to the methods and practices. With my profession as a millwright (electrical mechanical artesian) and BSC in electrical light current, I have qualified myself thereto. My system has all the professions needed – mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, heavy current and light current. The PLC control is very important. In the past I have had experience working with CAMPBELL SCI data loggers and control systems.

Bear in mind that my system does not make use any fossil fuel, batteries, solar systems or any other external energy source to be driven. The method uses weights driven by gravity which has a continuous motion. The system only needs 25% of existing power supplied for its 100% daily use, saving you 75% of the normal power usage.

If there is no electricity power source, our unit can be self-driven. In this method 25% of the generator power will be used to drive itself to create a continuous motion, there for 75% will be free power to the consumer.

03 / TECHNICAL  INFOMATION

My start point to this whole concept is a relationship between the torque required to turn a generator while under an electrical load of ‘’x’’ Watts. This is a fairly complicated relationship between the power output of the generator and the torque required to turn it. Power output is measured in Watts or kilowatts depending on the size of the generator. Torque is measured in Newton meters (NM) i.e. a force of 1 Newton acting at the radius of 1 meter from the centre of the rotation. This is one common factor between the mechanism driving the generator, and the generator itself, which is the common drive shaft, and therefore the common speed of the rotation. For calculation in scientific units, the speed would have to be measured in radiant per second. This is a linear power generating system which oscillates between two generators.
